This quick-turn-around tenant improvement project--including design, permitting, construction, fabrication of new office furniture and the creation of an extensive data infrastructure--was completed in only six months. It the was the first office for a wildly successful Internet start-up, the search engine formerly known as Ask Jeeves (now ASK.com). The parent start-up incubator, the Roda Group, currently occupies these functionally flexible spaces.
