Phase I of a multi-phase, 2-story house interior remodel includes the redesign of an existing den, office, and bath and the remodel of an upstairs bath. Downstairs we will be combining two small rooms into one large one, moving the bathroom and relocating the laundry room and storage to a new vestibule. The kids' existing (pink) bath will get new fixtures, fittings, and finishes. Subsequent phases of the remodel will include the kitchen, master bedroom and bath,  living room and dining room.
